Publisher Seminar Series Kick-off with Tim Ferriss
May 21st, 2007

You’re a publisher. You’re on Direct Media Exchange. You want to be entertained and informed.
Well, we’ll be doing just that through our Publisher Seminar Series. We’re bringing in industry leaders and web mover-and-shakers whom you can listen to and learn from…and interact with (via WebEx)! Maybe they’ll share their secret strategies regarding web publishing, or maybe they’ll talk about new ways to make money from your sites.
Or how about ‘mini-retirement’? Or working only 4 hours a week!?
On Thursday, May 24th at 11:00 AM PDT, Timothy Ferriss, author of “The 4-Hour Workweek” (an Amazon.com, New York Times AND Wall Street Journal best-seller ) will take part in our first interactive discussion.
You’ll need to pre-register for each seminar, and space is limited to 100 participants. To register, visit http://rightmediatc.webex.com.
Here’s a little info on Tim Ferriss:
Tim Ferriss is an ultra-vagabond and serial entrepreneur who speaks six languages and runs a multinational firm from wireless locations worldwide. He is also a national champion in kickboxing and recently became the first American to hold a world record in the tango. Just a few years ago, he was an extreme example of the overworked and underpaid cubicle dweller. Today, he is a living example of what he teaches. He went from $40,000 per year and 80 hours per week to $40,000 per month and four hours per week. The 4-Hour Workweek reveals how he and others who follow the principles of “luxury lifestyle design†use simple tactics and loopholes to live like millionaires—private planes, islands, penthouse apartments—with complete freedom of time and place.
Hey, with Tim’s suggestions, why not leverage the time you save with Direct Media Exchange to cut your 4 hour work week to just 3 hours!?
If you’re interested, sign-up soon. Those 100 spots will go quick.
Also, major thanks goes out to Jerri Gillean for creating and organizing this speaker series.
Recently, I’ve been listening to the book-on-tape version of “4 Hour Work Week” ; it’s fun, irreverent and fascinating. And get ready to learn a lot of acronyms
.
We look forward to your attendance at this and future Publisher Series Seminars.
