A Round-Up Of What’s New In RMX Direct
February 16th, 2007
If you didn’t already catch this post, RMX Direct has officially launched and is out of Beta.
Here is a post-launch wrap-up of how RMX Direct has changed:
Releases:
Over the last few weeks, there has been a number of releases, with new features and changes , so I’ll share just 10 of the many items:
1. Added a new network under the Link tab: Active Response Group
2. Added full geo-targeting for placements: besides regions, you can actually target country by country
3. Added “Country by Country” reporting
4. “System alerts” look more ’styley’
5. When you mouse over placements, you’ll see where they are geo-targeted to
6. Multiple Media Guard Profiles; now you can create different banning profiles for different sites
7. Community Stats: Publishers can now see the growth of RMXD as we show impression numbers, number of publishers, advertisers, and sites. Forum members can also choose to disclose information about themselves and their stats. Users have the option of showing their contact information, site list, impressions and cpm. This is another step in creating our community and will help users get to know more about each other better.
8. Combo tags are now available
9. Publishers can edit their own comments in forums
10. RSS delivery for reports is now an available option in Analyze
Many other things added, and other things fixed. And a lot of these suggestions came from you–thank you!
New Homepage:
We’ve all been collaborating on the messaging, design and features of our new homepage: this new design is our present to you all for the new year.
We think it works better. Why?
- It better explains what RMX Direct is and the whole concept behind having an exchange.
- Things are easier to reach–whether you’re a newbie or an old-timer who’s been with RMX Direct for…the last six months.
- There are more resources: a walk-through tour of each section, case studies of our users, and more, including…
RMX Direct Videos:
You can read all about the videos here in the blog post…or go to our RMX Direct Video Channel and see for yourself.
