RMX Direct Team members Pat McCarthy and myself will be at WordCamp 2006 this weekend. I discussed it in this earlier blog post.

This is a great opportunity to learn about blogs, blogging and discuss all things Word Press. ‘Word Press’ is the open source blog platform leader out there in the blogosphere–the multitudes of Word Press themes and plug-ins can attest to this. It’s also the platform we rely on here for the RMX Direct Blog.

I hope to blog from the floor of the event. It will be held at the Swedish American Hall in San Francisco.

And if you see either of us, come by and introduce yourselves. In addition, we’ll be handing out a limited number of special ‘’beta invite cards'’ for RMX Direct.

Also, you may notice the RMX Direct logo there as well–we are doing a small sponsorship of this event. We here at RMX Direct are fully behind the egalitarian spirit that fuels Word Press and this kind of grassroots-style conference. Empowering the smaller people and leveling the playing field is what it’s all about.
